Hello! My name is Aaliyah and I am a five month year-old pup! I am a Pitbull Terrier Mix and weigh 28 pounds, but I am growing by the second. People always tell me they love my gorgeous blue eyes. I am really shy, but I am working on it! When it comes to eating, I am possessive of my food- I am a hungry puppy!  Because I do guard my food and special things, I’d do best in a home without other dogs who want to share my things. I am ready to go home with you and I can’t wait to meet you!!

BRODIE

BROADIE

Woof! Hello! My name is Brodie, and I am a senior pittie mix. My human friends think I am about 9 years old. I have lovely chestnut fur and am a smaller doggie. I weigh right around 50 lbs and am the perfect size for cuddling … which just so happens to be one of my favorite activities!

After cropping my ears, it looks like my previous owners did not properly keep my inner ears clean and healthy. As a result of what look like repeated ear infections, I am now at least partially deaf. Please don’t feel bad for me, though! I get around just fine, and I am able to communicate all the joy and warmth inside of me to all my human friends, regardless of whether we can hear each other or not. Love doesn’t need to be heard to be felt. 🙂

I am an A+ doggie. I walk like a true gentleman on my leash, have impeccable manners, share all my possessions with ease and grace, and patiently tolerate all handling {I love to be petted!}. I am open and affectionate toward everyone I encounter … my supehero power is turning strangers into friends! Hehe!

I would do well in just about any kind of household. I have a mild energy level, but I still enjoy my walks and my time outdoors. Because of my hearing loss, I probably shouldn’t live with super young children, but I’d be just fine with older kids. I’d make an excellent big brother!

I have a very important job at the shelter … I am the helper doggie! What does this mean? Well, since I am so friendly and social with other doggies {males and females}, I am used to test whether newly arriving pooches are good with other dogs. It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it. I would absolutely thrive in a multi-dog household. Please bring your doggie along with you when you come to visit me. I’m sure we’ll be fast friends!

Thanks for reading all about me. I’m here to prove to the world that age and disability have nothing to do with being an amazing doggie. Try me out and see! I know I will charm my way right into your heart.

I hope to meet you soon! Love, Brodie xoxo
