Besides showcasing these beautiful cuties from the Liberty Humane Society, I wanted to mention that LHS is hosting a “Name Your Price” adoption promotion. This event will allow potential adopters to pay any amount they choose for their new cat or dog.

This special event runs from October 17th through the 22nd. During that time LHS will have extended hours. They are:
2-7PM on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Monday
11AM-4PM on Saturday and Sunday

Diesel

Diesel came to LHS as an emaciated sickly boy in need of some serious TLC. LHS immediately sent him out to foster where he could recover in a quiet environment.
Diesel’s personality blossomed in foster care. His favorite activities became cuddling, playing fetch, and running. His foster parents also learned that he was house and crate trained. This well behaved boy was so polite in the house and was a dream when left home alone. During those times he would sit quietly and play with his toys or enjoy a nice bone. Not once did he ever touch his foster parent’s things.
Diesel also adjusts well to just about any social situation. He has lived with other dogs and is a very polite player. We think he would be a good match for just about any home.

Sysco
http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/23044547
What separate’s Sysco from the most cats is that Sysco IS the life of the party. He enjoys large crowds and has no qualms about getting smack right in the middle of it all and taking the spotlight. Sysco will follow you from one end of the home to the other just to keep himself up to date on your business.
Sysco also loves just about everyone he meets! When you come into the cattery, Sysco will surely be the first to greet you and follow you around until you give him some attention. He also absolutely loves children! He will hop right on their lap for some playtime. Given his outgoing and confident personality, we think he would make a wonderful companion for an active household with other animals. He may even get along with dogs!
What makes Sysco even more unique? How about the fact that this boy LOVES water! Cattery staff is always catching him in the sink lapping up water from the faucet and batting around the little droplets. Come meet this cat-dog today!
Make sure to stop by the Liberty Humane Society to and visit a potential new furry family member today!
