FREE Sunset Yoga: Sunday, May 22nd from 7:00PM-8:00PM
This Sunday, the W Hoboken is partnering with Pop-Up Yoga NYC to host a FREE sunset yoga class. The class will be taught by our girlllll Kate Lombardo and will run from 7:00PM-8:00PM!! The evening will include a sunset yoga class, food, and music, as part of the summer series at W Hoboken. Guests are invited to arrive early and sample treats from local vendors before the BYOM {bring your own mat} yoga class begins. Pre-registration is sold out but spots are still available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Hey Hoboken, there’s a new networking opportunity in town! If you’re a member of the Chamber of Commerce, this event is just $20 and will be held at The Kolo Club. Propeller Festival: Friday, May 20th
This Friday, Propeller, a brand new festival, is coming to Hoboken!! This full-day event was founded by Hoboken entrepreneur Aaron Price, who is also the organizer behind the 5,500+ member NJ Tech Meetup, which meets monthly at Stevens. Propeller promises to be a day of “inspiration, education, and fun”. Some highlights to look forward to include a startup competition, drone competition, interactive high-tech experiences, food trucks, music, and wine & beer trucks. The day will also be full of presentations from dozens of speakers and live music, including The Naked and Famous!!!! KDB Summer Kickoff Party: Friday, May 20th from 7:00PM-11:00PM
The Kid’s Dream Big Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides resources to help children succeed, is having a summer kickoff party this Friday evening! The event will be held at Roe 7 Studios and will include an open bar sponsored by Tito’s, food, and a live DJ. All proceeds from the event will go towards their 2nd annual FREE “Footballs and Futures Summer Camp” and other local community initiatives that are in the works. Tickets and more info here!

Fitness For Kids: Sunday, May 22nd from 12:00PM-1:00PM
Join bachata & barbells for a very special ‘Sunday Funday’ this Sunday afternoon on Maxwell Place Pier! There you’ll take an hour long fitness class {$10} followed immediately by drinks at Pier 13. The proceeds will go directly to The Valerie Fund — “because we’re all little kids at heart and every little kid deserves a childhood of happiness, playtime, and living the kid life”!
