One of my favorite local Hoboken consignment shops, known for its abundance of Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Louboutins, will be doing just that. Midtown Authentic is offering a program similar to “Dress for Success.” The shop’s owner, Rory Chadwick, will be offering job seekers free rentals on interview attire, in hopes to help local job seekers look their most stylish when the option of buying new Prada pumps is not in the cards.
Here are some of the fabulous items that can be found in Rory’s store on a regular basis, just to give you a little idea of what will be offered in this program (or bought for keeps):

Located at 728 Washington St. in Hoboken, the rentals at Rory’s store are free with no money involved, just a pledge via paperwork to return the outfit within 36 hours. There are items for both men and women, and individuals participating in the program can take out outfits over the courses of several interviews if needed (as long as they return within the 36-hours). Labels include DVF, Chanel, Prada, Louboutin, Dior, Fendi, Gucci, Tory Burch…you get the picture. Amazing stuff can always be found there.
