Back in September of 2023, the brand expanded to Jersey City Heights at 317 Central Avenue — and now in June 2024, SW3AT will be closing its Hoboken location at 79 Hudson Street Suite LL104. The Closure of the Hoboken Location
On June 19th, SW3AT announced via an email blast to its customers that the Hoboken location would be closing on Saturday, June 29th:
“We’ve had a great run! Our Hoboken location will be closing on June 29th, and it’s been an absolute pleasure and a privilege to be apart of and serve this community. The years of patronage and support will continue to inspire us as we continue to focus on our mission in Jersey City.

SW3AT’s Jersey City Heights location opened in mid-September of 2023 is situated at 317 Central Avenue 2nd Floor. The newer spot is a 2,500-square-foot space that has yoga, meditation, a sound bath, a salt room, private infrared sauna suites, and practitioner rooms for rent as a community space. There is also a renewal space called the hidden garden, for members to escape when they are looking for peace and tranquility.

Infrared sauna use is also a great tool to aid in losing weight as you burn over 600 calories in just one session. During your session, you’ll also enjoy benefits from a complimentary added service called chromotherapy (also known as color therapy) which helps to regulate any emotional and mental imbalances.
SW3AT has multiple individual infrared sauna suites. Each suite is comfortably spacious with plenty of towels, complimentary Wi-Fi, reading materials, and a towel cooler filled with lavender-infused towels and water bottles. Every sauna is also equipped with built-in Bluetooth systems should you want to listen to music during your session.
Other services available from SW3AT Wellness include yoga + hot yoga, salt caves, massage therapy, reiki, meditation, talk therapy, stretching, and sound baths.
