Kids or adults alike, there’s nothing like a fall weekend of escaping from the city and enjoying a little bit of nature. Whether it’s your love of apple cider donuts, painting pumpkins, or just a trip out of Hudson County, pumpkin and apple picking are such a fun weekend treat. Just because we live in a city doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy this rural extravaganza, so here’s a list of apple and pumpkin picking farms located within driving distance of downtown Jersey City or Hoboken — compiled by our friends at JC Families!

Demarest Farms {244 Wierimus Road, Hillsdale}
