Heather is a Jersey girl, born + raised. She founded Growing Mindset Therapy, where she works to make therapy approachable (maybe even a little fun) + teaches Psychology part time. Heather is a novice plant mom with a passion for (or addiction to) coffee. She lives with her husband + fur-baby (Tortellini) in JC Heights.
