“(There’s so much advice I can give) but with going into an appointment, if it’s the first time sitting in our chair or a long-time client, having some kind of trust with your hairstylist is so important to me. I have taken thousands of hours of continued education, so when a client takes my recommendation and runs with it, that really is the “perfect client” to me.”
Future plans + goals?
“I’m hoping in the future I can definitely incorporate my teachings with breath work and nervous system work in with my appointments. Sometimes we come to get our hair done not only to feel good on the outside but to heal a part of us on the inside and not even know it. Also, taking the time to pause after a long, hectic day and just taking a couple breaths is exactly what we need. Hoping I can incorporate that in with my appointments.”
