7 Seventy House | 770 Jackson Street
When swimming in the rooftop pool, views of downtown Hoboken and neighboring New York City are on deck. 7 Seventy House is a larger complex in West Hoboken, where there are nearby shops within walking distance — such as Shoprite, Panello, Yuki’s Bakery, Black Rail Coffee, and Cafe Vista. It’s right near the 9th Street Light Rail as well.
Harlow | 1330 Willow Avenue, Hoboken
Bozzuto’s Hoboken apartment complex, Harlow, is home to an outdoor pool as well as being above Trader Joe’s (a clutch location uptown). Besides the pool, there is a landscaped pool deck to take in some vitamin D after a summer dip.

The 1000 Jefferson building complex has an outdoor pool that sits inside its courtyard. The apartment complex is a block long, and is close to Jefferson’s Coffee, another go-to local coffee shop.
Park + Garden | 1450 Garden Street, Hoboken
New York City skyline views are the focus of Park + Garden’s outdoor pool. This uptown apartment building also has a lounge area right near the pool and is family-friendly.
Willow Park | 1115 Willow Avenue, Hoboken
Located in uptown Hoboken, residents at 1115 Willow Park can enjoy the outdoor pool, which is a hidden amenity at this apartment complex. The building itself is located across from Wallace School, and a few blocks off of Washington Street.
VINE | 900 Monroe Street, Hoboken
If you haven’t checked out this LEED-certified (green living) rental building, it has a rooftop terrace and pool. With individual barbecue stations and poolside lounging, it’s a must for summer fun. In addition to having an outdoor space, the building itself spans a city block and is right next to Black Rail Coffee, a local sandwich favorite. It’s also a pet-friendly building, which is key for many.
The Avalon | 800 Madison Street, Hoboken
A swimming pool and two roof decks complete with lounge seating are included in The Avalon’s abode. This building has a “WAG the Pet Program” — a pet-friendly rental building. The Shipyard Community | Uptown, Hoboken
The Shipyard shares its amenities (with a fee) to all of the properties within their sister properties — The Berkshire, The Vanguard, The Sovereign, the North and South Constitution and the North and South Independence are all within the “Shipyard” title. This rental and sale community features two stunning pools with breathtaking views of the Hudson River and NYC, and is steps from the uptown NY Waterway Ferry direct to NYC. Maxwell Place | 1000 Maxwell Lane, Hoboken

1400 Hudson + 1425 Hudson | Hoboken
These Toll Brothers communities have rooftop pools with sweeping NYC views, rooftop terraces (private terraces available to purchase), a courtyard, fire pits, outdoor TVs, and lounge areas, and a rain garden. 1425’s pool is a lot smaller, but 1400’s pool is pretty legit.
