If you’re looking for a “ma + pa”-type shop, Baking Mama is your downtown go-to, that’s for sure. Baking Mama herself, Tina Rivera, opened this shop after her son decided to go to Steven’s Tech in the Mile Square. As far as sweets go, her best-seller is her macaron selection is seriously amazing and makes for a great gift to give your S.O. or yourself {#teamnojudgement}. She also makes cake balls {chocolate, red velvet, and vanilla}, cupcakes, and cookies {opt for her heart-shaped cookies for something particularly festive} to satisfy any sweet tooth craving.
