You might frequent Birch for their intense nightlife during the later hours or crazy milkshakes during the day — but say hello to a bottomless brunch spot in Hoboken that has *just* kicked off a brunch series. Think: Brunch buffet, bottomless mimosas, Bloody Marys that are *literally* a meal — enough said. Read on to see why Birch we are loving Birch Hoboken for its bottomless brunch on Saturdays and Sundays:
The Food
There’s a new buffet brunch in town = ideal for a big group that wants to have the brunch experience without the fuss. For $20 a person, enjoy an entire brunch buffet filled with brunch classics like pancakes, french toast, homefries, eggs, bacon, muffins, bagels, and more. The only thing better than brunch {or any meal} is when a buffet is involved. You’ll obviously need something to wash down all that food with, and thankfully Birch has some memorable brunch drinks to pair with your meal — see them below:
The Drinks
Birch rolled out impressive Bloody Marys that can literally be a meal in itself {no, seriously, on even has two hamburgers on top}.
Meet Me at Birch — sliders, tater tots, bacon
Red Sea — smoked salmon crostini, shrimp cocktail, spinach + cheese empanada
Say Cheese — grilled cheese, mozzarella sticks, mac and cheese balls
Told you we were serious. These unique Bloody Marys are nothing like you’ve had before, and completely elevate your favorite hangover drink. Not to mention, probably the most insta-worthy hair of ze dogs we’ve ever seen.

If you’re not in the mood for Bloody Marys, no problem — Birch is also killin’ the mimosa game, too. The restaurant serves bottomless mimosas at $20 per person OR share a mimosa tower with your crew for $70 {3.5 liters, enough for about 5 people}.
^^ It’s not everyday you get sprinkles on your ‘mosas
If you’re just not feelin’ the alcohol {or have kids with you}, Birch, of course, has a menu full of crazy milkshakes they are oh-so-famous for {see more here}.
The insta-worthy drinks just keep on comin’. Birch is completely kid-friendly during the day, aka perfect for an afternoon sweet {huge} snack or a birthday brunch.
The Atmosphere
While Birch isn’t your typical brunch spot, it’s the perfect spot for a fun-yet-super casual meal on a Saturday or Sunday morning or afternoon {depending on what time you arise after a night of fun, of course}. If you’re looking to celebrate something specific {birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, etc.}, it’s ideal for a group.
