As for the cheese options at La French Board, the team shared with HG that it serves 20-25 different imported French cheeses at any given time with an ever-changing selection each week to allow customers to “experience and explore the French terrior,” referring to the unique qualities of each cheese.
In addition to the cheese lineup, the shop also sells French butters and charcuterie items including Saucisson Sec (dry-cured meat), Jambon de Bayonne (cured ham), Paté (a savory filling of meat + fat), chicken liver mousse, and Foie Gras.
Handmade crafted wood cheese and charcuterie boards (made by Antony himself) and imported French cheese knives, tea towels, and more are also available for purchase at La French Board.
