Their spacious and well-equipped group fitness room gives classes privacy and is a haven for escaping the hectic “real world” for a little while. Some of our personal favorites are the Cross Train Challenge, Circuit Party, and Ass & Abs, to name a few {though, on a personal note, I’ve tried almost every class Crunch has to offer and they are all excellent and led by encouraging and respectful instructors}. Oh, and if the weather is nice, sometimes they’ll host classes on Pier A {pictured below}. Enough said.

    Crunch also boasts a gorgeous spin studio with various classes throughout the week, including Ripped Ride {adding in some extra work for those arms} and Party Ride {complete with disco lights and lasers – yup}. The dark cycle room and high-tech bikes really allow you to get in the zone for 45 minutes of uninterrupted, rewarding hard work.

    We should note that if you’re not into classes, the fitness studio is open for members {when there isn’t a class} and is a great space for doing your own thang away from the hustle and bustle of the gym.
