Alliance invite Hoboken residents to the second annual Southwest
Fest on Sunday, June 23, 2024. The fun-filled event will take place
on Jackson Street between Second Street and Fourth Street
from 12:00-5:00 pm. The event is a family friendly day filled with
carnival games, live music, face painting, a mechanical bull, and
more! The event aims to add more programming to the west side
of Hoboken, but is open to everyone!
Our inaugural Southwest Fest in 2023, was widely regarded as a
feel-good celebration between neighbors in Southwest Hoboken,
with volunteers from various organizations and nonprofits
throughout our beautiful city. Among other highlights, the
Hoboken Public Library reported issuing the largest number of
new library cards in any single day of 2023.
This year, we are expanding the offerings, which includes more
games, more attractions, more food, more non-profits, and even
some surprises. We hope that all of Hoboken will join as we kick off
summer!
