Weekly meet-up at The Grind Coffee. Meet up at 8:00AM and take off at 8:20AM. All paces are welcome. This is a designated long run. Run a 5k to 9+ miles. We have routes up to 12 miles. When you finish your run grab a coffee, a pastry and meet the community.
