About the Space
Brought to life by SILVERMAN, with design by Rebecca-Rebecca studios and contributions from Betty's Ceramics Club, this coworking space accommodates up to 350 people, including a sprawling rooftop. Every detail has been carefully selected for maximum productivity, comfort, and a little bit of fun.
The design strikes a balance between earthy tones, bold accents, and a blend of natural textures accented by natural light. Original artwork from local talent and adorns the space, creating a sense of community that team HG loves to be part of (yes, we’re members!). It’s hard to imagine that a workplace could be this inviting, but Andco really ups the ante.
Memberships + Day Passes
Andco has several packages and options that cater to all business needs — whether you require a dedicated private space or need something more flexible. Members have access to amenities including printing, mail service, the lounge café, the Meadow Room, rooftop terrace, conference rooms, and all events + programming.
Membership options include:
Day Pass ($35): enjoy all the essentials for a day — WiFi, printing, coffee, tea, snacks, and access to the lounge and rooftop terrace. There’s also a ten-day pass for $275 which includes daily access during operating hours and use of the conference room for up to four hours over three months.
Open Membership ($350/month): daily access to the open workspace plus four hours of conference room time per month. A great option for freelancers or those who need flexibility.
‘Hot Office’ ($150/day) + ‘Hot Desk’ ($100/day) rentals are available and are ideal for those in need of a quiet space or open-space room to get work done.
Other Uses for the Space
Andco isn’t just for the 9-to-5 grind. It’s a versatile space that can handle all sorts of work-related happenings: from hosting a team off-site to creating content. Here are some other things you can do in this coworking space that’s not ‘official’ work such as:
- Shared workspace with another business
- Plan a team offsite for brainstorming, strategy planning, or just a simple change of scenery.
- Client meetings
- Content Creation such as podcasting, filming videos, or hosting live streams in soundproof booths or aesthetically pleasing spaces like the rooftop terrace
- A quiet space for studying, test prep, or research

With a choice between the lounge area + bar or the Meadow Room, the space is fit for a variety of events including intimate gatherings, networking sessions, workshops, and private celebrations.
Pricing is based on event setup and capacity and ranges between $120 to $160 per hour. During that time, guests will have access to elevators, customizable layouts, projectors + screens, tables, chairs, and A/V controls, coffee + tea, industrial dishwasher, and ice machine, as well as a large walk-up built-in bar. The space is available to rent Monday through Friday from 5PM to 9PM and Saturdays from 10AM to 4PM.
