Tom Petty Tribute at Sinatra Park in Hoboken — Thursday, July 26th at 7:00PM

Foodies, rejoice — Jersey City’s Food Truck Fest is back for 2018 and is happening Friday, July 27th in the Urby Parking lot {200 Green Street}. As always, there will be 20+ vendors, the event is kid and pet-friendly, and the adults can enjoy a beer and wine garden. Tickets are $5.

The RNB Garden Presents OSHUN Live at White Eagle Hall in Jersey City — Friday, July 26th from 7:00PM-12:00AM

OSHUN, an independent hip-hop/soul duo will be performing live at White Eagle Hall with digital and acoustic sounds, heavy drums and bass, and ambient, harmonic textures. Purchase tickets here to experience it yourself.

Jersey City Caribbean Carnival Parade & Festival — Saturday, July 28th from 12:00PM-9:00PM

The Caribbean Carnival Parade will begin at 12:00PM at Lincoln Park in Jersey City and will be followed by the festival at 3:00PM at 1 Exchange Place. Get more info here.

Curls N’ Tings 2 in Jersey City — Saturday, July 28th from 2:00PM-6:00PM

City Bistro Brunch Parties — Every Sunday from 11:00AM-5:00PM

City Bistro will host brunch parties in their newly renovated dining room on the second floor every Sunday {beginning this Sunday, July 29th}. Parties include a live DJ, plenty of prosecco and champagne options, sparklers for special occasions, and Instagram photo props. There is a $20 per person three course pre fix menu that includes every item from the brunch menu to choose from. Also available are dessert and shot pairings and a giant tower of dessert pancakes to share. The last seating for the brunch party is at 3:00PM.

Wine & Cheese of the Northeast at Third & Vine in Jersey City — Sunday, July 29th from 2:00PM-3:30PM

Head to the Hoboken Public Library for a free performance of the classic tale, Little Red Riding Hood. The event is for children ages 3 and up.

Cooks and Books at the Hoboken Public Library — Friday, July 27th from 3:15-4:00PM

Children ages 4 and up will learn easy food preparation from dietitian Elisabeth Holtzer from the Shoprite of Hoboken. The event is free.
