Are you interested in health and wellness? Looking for a feel-good night out that doesn’t break the bank {aka doesn’t cost a thing}? Then you’re probably going to want to check out Wellness Wednesdays, a series of {FREE} workshops in 2018 at the Hoboken Public Library. The programs, all taught by local experts, will be offered on one Wednesday per month {from 6:30-7:30PM} at the HPL.

This year’s lineup includes fun, quirky topics such as Make-Your-Own Organic Body Scrub {Jan 24}, Healthy Eating for the Busy Person {Sept 26}, and Drawing as Meditation {Dec 12}. Yogis and crossfitters alike will pick up some new moves in the Qi Gong {Aug 15} and Feldenkrais {Nov 14} workshops. If you’re looking for some zen, try Light on Happy: The Power of Positivity & Gratitude {April 25} or learn to Transform Your Thoughts with Meditation {May 23}.

Most of the classes will be open to all, though some {like the DIY body scrub class} have limited spots available, so we suggest arriving early. Check the Hoboken Green Team website for details about individual programs. Throughout the year, the Hoboken Public Library will post the workshops and descriptions on their FB events list.
