Due to the cyber attack, Hoboken City Hall, located at 94 Washington Street, was closed on Wednesday, November 27th. All online City services were suspended. Municipal Court was canceled for the day, and street sweeping was also suspended for the rest of the day. All other parking regulations remained in effect. Waste collection took place and Recreation programs continued as scheduled for the day.

As of 4:18PM on Sunday, December 1st, the City is continuing to work in partnership with federal law enforcement, the Hoboken Police Department (HPD), the City’s IT Division, and third-party IT specialists to investigate and restore services following the November 26th cyber attack.

Per a Nixle alert from the City on December 1st, the majority of services for residents remain available online, including purchasing Temporary No Parking signs, parking permits, and other services provided by third-party vendors. The Hoboken Parking Utility service window is open for regular hours as of Monday, December 2nd, and will be accepting cash or check payments.

All parking regulations and enforcement, including street sweeping, are in effect as of Monday, December 2nd.
