It’s the most wonderful time of the year yet again {or for some Hoboken residents the absolute worst…}: St. Paddy’s Day is right around the corner, and Hoboken’s annual LepreCon is happening this Saturday the 4th in the Mile Square. We’ve got your go-to guide for all of the best LepreCon bar specials and events, from a lengthy list of bars hosting Kegs and Eggs in the AM to a ton of live music scenes that’ll keep you dancing all night long {if you can hang, that is}. With that being said, here’s your complete Hoboken LepreCon 2017 and your St. Paddy’s Day guide:

Kegs and Eggs

Celebrating St. Paddy’s means that it’s totally acceptable to pair your breakfast with a beer. Numerous bars will be hosting Kegs and Eggs this Saturday morning, so if you plan on starting a little earlier than usual, you’ve got variety of yummy drink specials and breakfast options to choose from. Participating bars include: Biggies {bonus points for green beer & mimosas}, Black Bear Bar & Grill, Birch {$20 beer and breakfast combo}, Coco Havana Café & Lounge {because who says you can’t celebrate an Irish Holiday with Cuban & Latin Fusion?} Hoboken Bar & Grill, House of Que, Maxwell’s, Scotland Yard {on March 11}, and Wicked Wolf {PSA: you can head there as early as 8AM for bottomless brunch, $1 green beers and $4 green tea shots}. Purchase Kegs and Eggs tickets to your favorite Hoboken spots here.

Maxwell’s Tavern

Harborside Sport + Spine

After a Kegs and Eggs filled morning, Maxwell’s is hosting beer pong and flip cup tournaments until 2PM {and $3 Bud Lights} followed by live music by DJ Mic Miles in the front and Men of Horses in the back.

Hobbs Inc

Mikie Squared

St. Paddy’s at Mikie Squared means three things: green beer, Irish drink specials, and giveaways. For a St. Patrick’s Day party loaded with green tea shots, Jameson, and other sweet deals, make sure to hit Mikie’s in the midst of your crawl to break up your travels.

Northern Soul

AXIS School of Dance

Don’t worry if St. Paddy’s isn’t your thing – Northern Soul is here to serve as your Saturday bar safe haven. While a DJ will be spinning all day, this cozy tavern is limiting visitors to strictly regulars and neighbors {with no cover charge}, for the sake of those who don’t wish to bar crawl all day. If you aren’t up for dealing with crowded places and craziness, this will most definitely be your go-to spot for a casual drink and some munchies.

If you’re looking for some midtown fun slightly off-the-beaten path, you can snag $6 green tea shots all day {starting at 10 am}, and Mike Buscio will be rockin’ the stage at 2 pm.

Pilsener Haus & Biergarten

Pilsener Haus is celebrating St. Paddy’s with a music marathon this Saturday starting at 3:30 pm, so make sure to head over for the tunes {and stick around for their 40 taps}, which will include Steve Reilly and The Rain Band, a DJ, and a bagpiper in lieu of the holiday {Hoboken or Ireland? You tell us}. Plus, giant pretzels and burgers all day is music to our ears {wait…that might just be the bagpipes}.

The Shannon

Okay, so it doesn’t get much more epic than confetti cannons {courtesy of DJ Bryan}. Plus, let’s be real, Irish or not – who wouldn’t want to be celebrating in an Irish bar on St. Paddy’s day?

The Shepherd & The Knucklehead

The only thing we love more than coffee is Irish Coffee and lucky for us, The Shep’s LepreCon specials include ’em for only $7, so we don’t have to skimp out on our caffeine fix {a spiked one, at that}.

Village Pourhouse

Village Pourhouse is another spot that’s all about the live music this Saturday {there will be a lot of Shamrock shaking goin’ on}. Don’t miss out on jammin’ with The Benjamins, Brandon Alex, & DJ M.I.

Willie McBride’s

Irish bar Willie McBride’s plans to keep the celebrations going all day with live music by Gold N Brown and Nine Deeez Nite at night, so regardless of what time you end up there, it’s sure to be a blast all day long. And on actual St. Paddy’s day {March 17}, the festivities continue with live Irish music [Agus, followed by The Nerds} starting at 5 pm – the ultimate cure to your post-LepreCon blues.

8th Street Tavern

via

Looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? Head to 8th Street Tavern, where it’ll be filled with $3 Narragansett and $5 green tea shots.

Purchasing your LepreCon All Access Pass will grant you free admission to the following venues as well: The Ainsworth, The Dubliner, Mills Tavern, Texas Arizona, Tally Ho, Cadillac Cantina, Arthur’s, 1 Republik, Room 84, Hotel Victor, McSwiggan’s, and Mulligans {CODE: HOBOKENGIRL for 20% off your pass} up until 2 pm, so make sure to grab yours here before prices go up {and no worries, you can register to start at any of your favorite bars}.

Check out our best happy hours this week right here.

Let the festivities commence! Don’t forget to let us know where you end up this Saturday {@hobokengirlblog}.
