Who says finding an apartment to rent in Hoboken has to be like finding a needle in a haystack? Not us.
Back in July, we posted about the newest renovated building in “NoHo”, The Rivington. We’ve been keeping our eyes open for updates as more of the old “Curling Club” apartments received makeovers to join the more modern units at The Rivington. It looks like NoHo has even more living options available, as these beautiful apartments are ready for residents to move in!
They’re opening their doors this weekend with an Open House on Saturday, November 21st and Sunday, November 22nd from 12-4:00PM to peruse the rentals. Here are a few deets on all of the amenities as the newest member of the Luxury Apartment Club:

The new kitchens {pictured above} are fully renovated gourmet kitchens featuring stainless steel appliances {including dishwasher and microwave}, gas ovens, recessed sinks, porcelain floors, and Caesarstone countertops.
2. Living Space Upgrades
The living areas have beautiful new hardwood floors and central air conditioning. Each unit has a private patio or balcony {love us some outdoor space!} All units are cable and high-speed internet ready and have huge windows for lots of natural sunlight.
3. Modern Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The bedrooms and bathrooms feature spacious closets and a full washer and dryer {love!}. The Caesarstone countertops match well with the new porcelain tile bathroom floors — and as you know, Caesarstone is the new granite {just ask our editor}.
4. Common Amenities
The community will be upgrading their common space to include beautiful patio furniture and grills {so great for the summer months}. The residences also feature a fitness center, a shuttle service to the PATH and ferry stops, available garage and reserved outdoor parking. They have storage available and are pet friendly for our furry fam.
