It’s Christmas in July…{almost} literally. This year’s St. Ann’s Festival {2018} is kicking off on Saturday, July 21st in 2018 and will last through Thursday, July 26, 2018. The drool-worthy Italian festival gives locals and out-of-towners alike a taste of all the Italian dishes and treats {aka goodies from zeppoles to fried ravioli to Italian ice — all the good i$$$h worth the caloric splurge}. Although the amount of food here is enough to feed a small city {obviously}, there’s also a TON of history embedded within this festival. The St. Ann’s Feast celebrates all of the people who reside in Hoboken of the town of San Giacomo in Italy + helps brings people together from all over. Here’s a look at what the previous years of this festival looked like and some of the things you should expect this year:
St. Ann’s, one of Hoboken’s most iconic churches, is located at 7th and Jefferson Streets.

At the festival, they’ll be serving zeppoles, fried oreos, and more — but really all you need to know is that there are zeppoles.
There’s legitimately nothing better than a zeppole.

A Little Raffle Fun:
Besides the regular vendors at St. Ann’s {which span a few blocks around the church}, be sure to participate in the 50/50 raffle that goes on to raise money for the church — plus a chance to win some prizes. Last year $42,454 was collected and the lucky winner received $21,227.

Feast entertainment will be on from 8:00PM nightly on the main stage {right in front of the church at the corner of 7th and Jefferson}.

The endless amounts of food make it SO hard to decide. But we reco the mozzarepas {always}, fried potato chips, and sausage and pepps, and {see below}:
