Perfect for a ladies' night out!

Perfect for a ladies’ night out!

Fitness Meets Dance Studio is kicking off a new 4-week cycle of its class Divas in Heels, with the first class being held this Friday, September 5th from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Dancing in high heels helps you feel sexy and graceful. The most powerful and sexy women are the ones who are totally relaxed in their own bodies. Once the body is warm and confident, it’s time to get those beautiful heels out. Dancing in heels takes skill and a massive amount of core strength. When you’re dancing in heels, you want to be light on your feet and centered in your body. Once you’re sorted with your shoes, the DIVA in you is good to go! All that’s left is to strut your stuff with pride and confidence, and nothing gives a woman more confidence than the most beautiful pair of shoes on her feet! This cycle’s theme is Beyonce, a true Diva.

To purchase, go here and select “dance classes” from the drop down menu. For more info, contact fitnessmeetsdance@gmail.com or visit www.fitnessmeetsdance.comView a preview of the fun class here.
