Tipsy Tie Dye | 155 1st Street
The brother-sister duo behind Tipsy Tie Dye has created a unique space for people to channel their creative side through the art of tie-dying. This is a great activity for a group of people – the shop can be booked ahead of time. The team will walk you through all of the different types of tie-dye patterns, how to create them, and assist when needed. There are clothes and other items in the shop that visitors can purchase to tie-dye or they can bring their own pieces. Visitors can also bring the beverages of their choice.

Jersey City
Battello | 502 Washington Boulevard
This spot will offer gorgeous waterfront views for your holiday party. Depending on your party size, events can be held in Battello’s wine cellar (seats up to 16 guests), the lounge (seats 100 guests seated or 150 standing), and the main dining room (seats 200 guests seated and 450 guests standing) for a cocktail-style event. Put your crew’s skills to the test and have them decorate their very own cake. That’s right, Carlo’s Bakery has its very own cake factory in Jersey City and hosts private parties.
