Golden Gate loves to play with her foster sisters. She is great at tug of war. But once she’s had her fun, she’s the best cuddle buddy around. She will find a spot either on the couch, bed, or crate to take a little nap (usually with some quiet snoring involved). She is a great companion with medium energy and would be great as a family dog. She loves to be loved and once she is comfy, will show off her silly goofy side.

Sea Turtle

Name: Sea Turtle
Breed: Hound mix
Weight: 48 pounds
Age: 2.5

Cats: No

House Trained: Sea Turtle is doing great with pads at home and doing potty out when on walks.
Other training: Knows sit and has great manners with food.
Leash Manners: Sea Turtle needs training on a leash, as she still pulls the leash when anxious from noise. In a quiet area, she walks fine.
Personality: Sea Turtle is very sweet and affectionate. She is energetic, and twice-a-day walks at least are a must. She is curious and loves playing, as well as cuddles and kisses. Sea Turtle has zero aggression, but can bark towards delivery or outside-door people — she’s a good guard dog! She is still a young dog, so she loves to play and jump around, but she is also mellow and chill. She loves toys and chewing sticks. She has some separation anxiety, not when leaving (quite), but when you return she is anxious and jumpy for a few minutes.
