These days, a main factor in deciding where to eat and drink is how many double taps it got {and how photogenic it is} on the ‘gram {sad but true reality — even though taste DEFINITELY counts for a lot}. It’s a tough job, but we’ve eaten our way through Hudson County to complete this list of must-Instagram food and drinks that you can get right outside your doorstep. Check out your ultimate foodie bucket-list for Hoboken and Jersey City {and remember, camera eats first}:

Hoboken

Tony Boloney’s {263 First Street} Rāmenpiza e Taberu {Ramen Pizza}

Tony Boloney’s has been making waves with foodies around the country these days {#TBT to the viral taco pizza}, and they’re doing their thing yet again with the glorious ramen pizza, named Rāmenpiza e Taberu. The savory slice includes all your favorite things that warm you up with a bowl of ramen, complete with an egg on top.

Birch {92 River Street} Crazy Bloody Mary

Prefer a bloody Mary with a burger on the side {or in it}? That’s what you’ll get with this unreal Hair of Ze Dog. Topped with sliders, tots, bacon, bacon, and more bacon — you just may never be able to sip on a bloody anywhere else again. This bloody is going to give any other a run for its money.

Antique Bar and Bakery {122 Willow Avenue} Vegan Milkshake

Yes, it’s true — a VEGAN milkshake exists and you can find it at one other than Antique Bar & Bakery. One of our fave flavors is the coconut ice cream shake with chocolate crust and vegan cookies {seriously droolinggg}. Heres to indulging {and snapping} minus the guilt.

Vepo Clean

Angel’s Ice Cream {79 Hudson Street} Rolled Ice Cream

If you’ve got a craving for rolled ice cream, there’s a hidden spot right in Gogi Grill to get your fix. The hand crafted treats are mesmerizing to watch being made and have so. many. toppings {and they’re free}. And for our dairy-free friends, they have options for you too.

Makai Poke Co. {521 Washington Street} Poke Pizza

This hot spot’s mission is to basically bring the fish straight to your bowl. And now, they’re bringing it straight to your slice of pizza. Say what? It’s true: Nosh on a poke-topped slice here when you need a break from regular red sauce.

Jersey City

Gringo’s {12 Coles Street} Cocktails

The only thing that mighttt be better than our love for tacos is pairing them with a cute AF cocktail, like the ones you can find at Gringo’s. Bonus: You can share a pitcher with the squad for just $49. Choose from tasty drinks like Nacho Mama’s Sangria, Tijuana Street Tea {peach vodka, passion fruit tea, and strawberry rum}, or the Polaco {pineapple vodka, mango, coconut water, lemon, and passion fruit foam}.

Hobbs Inc

Milk Sugar Love {19 McWilliams Place} The Macdaddy

You’ve probably never had a macaroon like this before. This huuuge ice cream sandwich version has definitely popped up on your social media feeds at least once, and you can see why. So whether you’re looking for a new way to celebrate a birthday instead of a cake or just need a cake-sized treat, this bad boy will do the job.

Mathews Food And Drink {351 Grove Street} 80’s Glam Cocktail

If there’s anything that screams, “Do it fo’ the gram,” it’s this sparkling beauty {which is basically the menu item that brings Mathew’s virgins in to the Wiliamsburg-esque spot}. Garnished with edible glitter, this gin cocktail is almost TOO beautiful to drink and is totally on trend with the unicorn obsession as of late. Pair it with one of Mathew’s All-American dishes, like Deviled Eggs and Braised Pork Shank to seal the deal.

Cellar 335 {335 Newark Avenue} Tiki Drinks

Serving up Asian-American plates and cocktails, Cellar 335 knows how to put a spin on tiki drinks and make them the star of the show. Enjoy divine Banana Daquiris or the Barracuda Bite if you want a fusion of grapefruit, pineapple, and coconut flavors to get you pumped up for the weekend. And the charming parrot and tiki mugs make these already delish drinks that much better.
