The City of Hoboken recently announced a few updates pertaining to open pool hours and amenity repairs. From July 29th through August 9th, the Hoboken High School indoor pool at 800 Clinton Street will be open to residents for limited hours. Additionally, the ResilienCity Park at 12th and Madison Streets in Hoboken will close for resurfacing repairs on July 22nd. Read on for more about these updates from the City of Hoboken.
Open Pool Hours at Hoboken High School
Per a Nixle alert from the City, the Hoboken High School indoor pool at 800 Clinton Street will be open to residents for two weeks this summer, through a partnership between the City of Hoboken and the Hoboken Board of Education. From July 29th through August 9th, the pool will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30PM to 7:45PM and, on Fridays from 5PM to 7PM.

A lifeguard will be on duty during all open hours, and the pool capacity will be capped at 20 swimmers. Access will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Anyone in the pool area must be registered, and can do so at Hoboken.RecDesk.com. Children under 18 must be with a parent or guardian or have a signed minor swim waiver to use the pool.
ResilienCity Park Basketball Court Repairs
The basketball court at ResilienCity Park at 12th and Madison Streets in Hoboken will close for resurfacing repairs on Monday, July 22nd, per a Nixle alert from the City.
Crews will be on site from approximately 8AM to 5PM beginning on July 22nd to replace the coating on the surface. The repair is anticipated to take approximately three weeks. Fencing around the court will be locked and signs will be posted.
