Spring has officially sprung, and for the Jewish residents of Hudson county, that means one thing — Passover is coming. Passover is an 8-day Jewish holiday that celebrates the escape of the Jewish people from Egypt. It is one of the most important religious holidays in Judaism, well known for the ban on all things leavened {no bread, no cake, no pasta — think of it like a more religious Whole30}. The first night of Passover is on March 30th, so we’ve rounded up a list of Passover related events going on in Hudson County:
