Pet-Friendly Apartments + Condos in Hoboken

You’d think that in an area flooded with pet owners, finding a pet-friendly apartment would be a breeze, but, unfortunately, that is just not necessarily the case. The majority of the pet owners we’ve spoken to, whether it be renters or buyers, all have the same story, “I cannot find an apartment where they’ll allow my pet because it is [insert breed/age/size/shedding habits/feelings about Game of Thrones/favorite Backstreet Boy/etc].” The list of reasons goes on and on for why landlords, and even condominium associations, block pets from their buildings or units. But for those of us pet owners who consider their fur-babies to be family, there are plenty of buildings and owners that are getting rid of out-dated {and many times misinformed} pet restrictions, and they come in all shapes and sizes — some are individual apartments up for rent, or sale in small, 10-unit buildings, or even large, luxury buildings full of amenities. For now, let’s explore the luxury pet-friendly apartments and condos in Hoboken. {Note: some of these place do have breed restrictions, but we’ve provided that information, too.}

If you have a frequently restricted pet, don’t fret! Small, independently owned buildings tend to have less restrictions and more pet owners. To see one of these properties, or some other pet-friendly digs, contact Kristina at kh@primereg.com or call her at (908) 370-5877. Happy home hunting!
