You know we are big fans of the PSL, but sometimes enjoying the fall foliage and festivities of the season don’t have to include a latte. There are plenty of other ways to enjoy fall’s favorite flavor without having the term basic come to mind. Here are 15 ways you can enjoy pumpkin-flavored things in Hoboken with not a pumpkin spice latte in sight.

4. Pumpkin Spice Pizza {Tony Boloney’s}

5. GF + Vegan Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins {by Om Sweet Home – sold at Bwè}

These delicious crumble pumpkin muffins are gluten-free and vegan — can you believe it? These beauties are sold at one of our favorite places to grab a coffee while working away, Bwè, and created by the delicious Om Sweet Home, a gluten free and vegan baking company. You’ll be in baked-goods heaven when you bite into this muffin {$3.85 at Om Sweet Home} with dark chocolate morsels and delicious nut streusel.

6. Craft Pumpkin Beer {at Zeppelin Hall Biergarten}

The Zeppelin Hall Biergarten is located in Jersey City, and it’s a huge hall with a ton of craft beers to enjoy {actually the biggest in the area}. They have jumbo pretzels and other festive treats, which will surely put you in the fall spirit.

7. Pumpkin Pie Fro Yo {16 Handles}

If you haven’t tried the 16 Handles pumpkin pie fro yo, you’re missing out. It definitely gives you a refreshing kick of fall right to the mouth. 16 Handles is located uptown, and has a variety of delicious fro yo flavors and toppings — including crumbs from crumb cake or graham crackers {the perfect pairing with this flavor fro yo}. So good.

8. Mini Pumpkin Pies {from Sobsey’s Produce}

These mini pies are just too good. Sobsey’s sells the pumpkin and this apple crumb sour cream pie {YOU MUST TRY IT}, which is out-of-this-world. They locally source the pies from a Brooklyn bakery and if we must say — they are the best pies EVER —- especially the apple crumb. If you’re not careful, you can easily eat a whole pumpkin pie in a sitting. Not speaking from experience, or anything…

9. Seasonal, Locally-Made Pumpkin Spice Cappuccino {at Salon Gatto}:

Okay, okay, we said we wouldn’t talk about lattes — but we never said anything about cappuccinos. We just love the fall beverage menu at Salon Gatto. How creative to source all of your clients’ drinks with locally created/sold drinks — including the pumpkin spice cappuccino from Empire Coffee + Tea. Love.
