“We chose the name Resonance very purposefully, as we felt it really embodied the depth of the work that we do and the importance of attunement, whether between the therapist and the client or within a couple. Resonance fosters deeper connections, enhances communication and collaboration among individuals, couples, and families, and just felt right when describing our specialized group practice,” Kristy shared with The Hoboken Girl.

The practice’s unique, integrative approach blends relational therapy with holistic methods, empowering clients to address the root causes of trauma and addiction, as well as relationship dynamics, while building strong therapeutic relationships.
