Iron Bodyfit Opens First New Jersey Location in Hoboken
A fitness studio with locations in New York City, Florida, and various international cities recently opened its first New Jersey outpost in Hoboken. Iron Bodyfit, which specializes in Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), made its debut on Saturday, February 15th at 104 Hudson Street, Floor 5. Opening in Hoboken
Iron Bodyfit shared with The Hoboken Girl in late January that the fitness studio would be opening in early February. Per an Instagram post, Iron Bodyfit is now open in the Mile Square as of Saturday, February 15th, 2025. The new studio is located in Hoboken at 104 Hudson Street Floor 5. This marks the fitness chain's first location in New Jersey, with others in New York City, Florida, Canada, Australia, Africa, and various European countries.

“The launch of our first studio in New Jersey is a significant milestone for the Iron Bodyfit family,” Hadri Jaffal, Founder and CEO of Iron Bodyfit, said in a press release ahead of the opening. “Our mission has always been to make health and wellness more accessible, and this new location in Hoboken exemplifies our commitment to helping even more people lead healthier, more active lives with ease and efficiency.”

The Hoboken studio is run by franchise partners Dellavone Taylor-Lewis and Briana Holdip.

EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation, which involves the simultaneous stimulation of eight different muscle groups combined with exercises taught by EMS technicians. Per the website, just 25 minutes of EMS training is the equivalent of four hours of physical activity.
