• The Friday Five – HobokenGirl Fashion Finds

It’s that time of the week again…Frriiiiidaaayyy!

I’ve been on a bit of a shopping binge, and so what better way than to share a couple of outfits I’ve purchased from various boutiques in Hoboken via the Friday Five.

    1. Maxi Skirt from Dear Hannah

Dear Hannah had some adorable maxis – I snagged a burnt orange/navy striped one. I paired it with this turquoise tank, but I’m having trouble pairing it with a necklace. There’s a floral one from a boutique in Boston, a light blue necklace from J.Crew, a yellow necklace from Revival Vintage Boutique, and the last one (on the far right) from a boutique in NYC. Which would you choose?

    2. Yellow & Blue Chevron Print Dress from Townhouse

I’m eating my words on not liking chevron/aztec prints. I love this chevron print!!

    3. Black & Patterned Maxi Dress from Townhouse

Love this dress. It is the perfect thing to throw on for Sunday brunch or a stroll around town. So cool and comfortable not to mention flattering to most body types!

    4. Vintage Gold Pendant from Maxwell’s 9.13.34

Vintage and gold, it doesn’t get better! Thanks to Deb from Maxwell’s 9.13.34. Post to come very soon about this wonderful place.

    5. Yellow One-Shoulder Dress from Dor L Dor

I may wear this dress to a rehearsal dinner that I have next week. I want to cinch the waist with a belt – but I wasn’t loving the braided one in the middle that it came with. I’m thinking of using my BCBG snakeskin skinny belt (top) or the pink vintage one (bottom – it was my mom’s!) instead. Which would you choose?

As you can tell, cleeearly I’m still loving and longing for yellow. What’s been your staple color of the summer?

Hope you have a fabulous weekend!
