The work week is hours from being over (for most of us) and with that brings our weekly events guide! From where to find a bottomless bellini brunch, where to paint the famous starry night and how to skate for free…there is something for everyone in Hudson County. So we’ve rounded up the top 10 things to do in Hoboken and Jersey City this weekend. What will you be up to?

1. Visit Hoboken’s (Midtown) Charrito’s: All weekend long

Hoboken’s third installment of Charrito’s is now open and ready to serve as much guacamole as you can handle. Don’t forget to BYOB. Located at 518 Washington Street.

2. Skate (for free) in Hoboken: All weekend long

We know this winter season has been fickle in terms of weather but you can still part-take in a winter activity! Visit Hoboken’s free skating rink ($10 to rent skates) this Saturday from 11am to 8pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm.. Located under the 14th Street Viaduct.

3. Visit one (or three) of JC’s Speakeasies: All weekend long

4. Winning the White House Curator’s Walk & Talk: Friday, January 13th from 4:00PM-5:00PM

This free event takes place at the ICP gallery at Mana Contemporary and allows you to walk through and discuss pieces from ‘Winning the White House’. This exhibit is usually only available by appointment only so don’t miss out. Additional information hereLocated at 888 Newark Avenue. 

5. Participate in a Fitness Challenge: Friday, January 13th at 7:00PM

Join bachata & barbells this Friday evening for a donation based fitness class. All proceeds from this $10 class will go to New York Bully Crew and will be streamed LIVE from NYBC’s Facebook feed. 6. Sorellina Turns One: Saturday, January 14th-Sunday, January 15th

To celebrate their first birthday, Sorellina is offering a very special brunch this Saturday and Sunday. 7. Cycle (for FREE) at CycleBar: Saturday, January 14th-Sunday, January 15th
