Apparently when the clock strikes 12:01 a.m. on September 1st, pumpkins just start randomly appearing EVERYWHERE {and technically it’s not even fall…oops}. With an ode to one of our favorite basic betches, Cinderella, we’re not complaining — since PSLs, pumpkin cookies, and anything else pumpkin flavored or scented are pretty much what we live for. Plus, this meme is pretty much life:

Buuut most importantly, when pumpkins do show up, it signals the start of fall and all the other rituals and things that we look forward to every year: sweaters, boots, a cool breeze, pumpkin patches, and more. So what’s a girl to do? Do it ALL — and we’ve got the lowdown on our favorite season’s activities in the area. Below, our top 10 picks of things you just need to do in Hudson County this Fall.

We can thank our German friends for bringing the good times to us with this much-loved family event. The Catholic Community of Saints Peter and Paul located at 404 Hudson Street in Hoboken will be hosting. Not only will you enjoy what Germany does best: beer and hopefully some schnitzel, but you’ll also get to enter some amazing raffles. The kids can have their own fun with bouncy rides, face painting and a ton more!

If you want to have your little one participate in the contest, make sure to line up at 4:30!
